We ship from our Sydney atelier across Australia and to New Zealand. For all other countries, please enquire — we arrange international delivery on request.

Every piece is hand-wrapped in archival acid-free tissue, secured within a signature Lux Haven box, and protected by an outer shipping carton.
Dust bags, authenticity cards, and original accessories (where available) are always included.

Insured, tracked delivery to addresses across Australia, dispatched from Sydney.
Most metropolitan addresses receive within 2–4 business days from dispatch. Regional addresses may take longer.

Insured, tracked international delivery to addresses across New Zealand.
A tracking number is issued the moment your piece leaves Sydney.
